WO·LA WAY WORKOUT
45 minutes from start to finish. At the core is 3 circuits, each consisting of 3 exercises. Each exercise is done for 40 seconds at your pace – no scoreboard, rep count, weight tracking. All we ask is you give it your best, every time. Once time’s up, off to the next exercise. It’s as simple as that. Our dual studios set the tone, filled with the best equipment and fresh tracks. Our instructors know your name and make sure you bring it every time. Come experience it for yourself.
